Each time that you wash your hair, you’re stripping it of its natural oils. Overwashing it causes your body to try to set things back to normal by sending in a flood of oil, resulting in greasy hair! Try limiting yourself to one or two washes a week and use dry shampoo in between!

As you get older, your hair growth cycles being to change. It’s perfectly normal to see your hair become less thick as you get older. Some people learn to embrace this part of aging, while others prefer to seek treatment or wear hairpieces.
Diet
Lacking essential nutrients in your diet can affect your body in a multitude of ways, including hair loss. If you notice that you’re losing a considerable amount of hair and have ruled out all of the other possibilities listed, it may be time to start considering whether your diet may be a factor.
